IdentaFone Software has been developing innovative CTI products since 1994. Our focus is to increase telephone productivity on the desktop through screen pops and contact management integration. IdentaFone has products for a wide range of hardware platforms including TAPI compliant IP phone systems, specialized CID adapters and voice modems.

IdentaFone is a company based in Waterloo Ontario in the heart of Canada's Technology Triangle, an area which is well known for its technology innovations from local startups such as RIM (Blackberry) and home to many leaders in the tech sector such as Intel, Electronic Arts, Google and SAP alongside local enterprise tech companies such as OpenText, Descartes, Kik and Desire2Learn.

IdentaFone also provides custom software development such as our tools for Verizon Communications used by their technicians to conduct analysis from Gemini, Millennium and ProTel gateways.

We are partnered with Genuine Parts Company (a division of NAPA Commercial Systems Group) and created NAPA SmartCall Software which integrates screen pops with the NAPA TRACS Automotive Shop Management System used by affiliated NAPA AutoCare repair facilities.
